Cellular Concrete

Cellular concrete is ideal for facades, acoustic panels, and structural elements in residential and commercial projects, providing lightweight and durable solutions that meet the highest safety standards.

Innovation in Efficient and Sustainable Construction

Cellular concrete is a lightweight, eco-friendly material that can be produced directly on-site. It combines base mortar with preformed foam, resulting in low-density concrete ideal for structural and non-structural applications. It offers significant savings in transport, labor, and equipment costs, while improving thermal, acoustic, and fire resistance properties.

Thermal and Acoustic Insulation: With a 150mm thickness, cellular concrete achieves a fire rating of over four hours.

Low Density: Reduces dead loads and structural reinforcement needs.

Fire Resistance: Enhances fire and water absorption resistance.

Energy Efficiency: Improves building energy efficiency, reducing heating and energy costs.

LCC Precast and Cast-In-Place Wall Systems

LCC Precast Wall Elements:
Lightweight cellular concrete products are half the weight of conventional concrete and can be used for structural and non-structural wall systems in residential and commercial buildings. These panels offer built-in insulation, fire and moisture resistance, and rapid installation, with pre-formed window and door openings.

LCC Cast-In-Place Wall System:
This system allows for monolithic pouring of walls and ceilings with flexible design configurations. It reduces construction time and costs, allowing for pre-installation of electrical and plumbing components before pouring, offering an efficient solution for any project.

Densities and Applications of Lightweight Cellular Concrete

  • 300-600 Kg/m³: Ideal for thermal and acoustic applications, unstable soil replacement, void filling, floor and roof screeds, road sub-bases, mining applications, and bridge abutment fills.

  • 600-1200 Kg/m³: Used for lightweight block production, non-structural precast panels, marina floating docks, garden decorations, and façade ornaments.

  • 1200-1600 Kg/m³: Suitable for structural precast panels, cast-in-place building systems, floor and roof slabs, highway sound barrier panels, and bullet-resistant wall systems.
